Water Exercise

A reservation system has been created in order to comply with State and County regulations and adhere to social distancing protocols.  Masks will be required for admittance to the Swim Center and worn outside of the pool only. Please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your reservation time.

Water exercise is a low-impact workout for any ability. Summer Classes are held Monday through Thursday from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. (The area is reserved from 9 to 10:30 a.m. for participants.) The class is held in the shallow end (water level is four feet); advanced swimming skills are not required. Daily admission is required. 

Fall Class times start the week of August 17, 2020 and will be held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11:00am-12:00pm.

Please note that each class has a 14-person maximum; each person is limited to 2 classes per week.

Class Schedule

Reservations are available in two-week blocks. No same day reservations. The deadline for reservations in one day in advance. (Ex: for a Tuesday reservation, the last day to reserve is Monday.)
