A pedestrian detour will be in effect for the 13000 block of Poway Road beginning Tuesday, Feb. 19. During construction, the sidewalk on the south side of Poway Road in front of the Outpost mixed-use project will be closed. Pedestrians will be directed to cross to the north side of Poway Road at both the intersections of Poway Road/Tarascan Drive and Poway Road/Community Road.
